2. How do I manage or update my membership?

You can log in to your account at any time to update your payment information, change your plan (if available), or cancel your membership.

3. How do payments work?

Memberships are billed automatically on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, depending on your choice at checkout), through our third-party payment processor. I never see your credit card/debit card information!

4. Do you offer refunds?

No. All membership payments are non-refundable. Please review the membership details carefully before subscribing.

5. Can I cancel my membership?

Yes. You can cancel at any time through your account settings. Your membership will remain active until the end of your billing cycle, and you will not be charged again.
